Starting over is not easy. Having life change after ten years is almost like going into shock, rolling over and that someone special not being there is scarry, yet knowing that it is best that all this has taken place is hard to face. But accepting the truth that was slapping you in the face, seeing the brokeness and striving to make it work, losing yourself all for the sake of loving another isn't the love I want. So being able to pack up, leave the familiar, the comfortable, the known for the unknown already makes me strong and each day without you I find another piece of me and what I like and don't like and where I want to go and do and I am beginning to love myself again and in the love for myself I find strength to face another day.
